Forces Chapter 1: His Arrival Part 1.

So here it is, my story, Forces. And here part 1 of chapter one:

Travis made his way out of Dynamopolis airport, quickly, as if it was a matter of life and death. He wore stone black jeans, a plain white t-shirt with a black leather biker’s jacket over it, and he carried only a backpack. As he made his way to the car pack a security guard called his name,
"You Travis Theodore," said the guard.
“Yeah, you need something sir," Travis replied.
“A SciArm Infantryman passed earlier saying to gave this to someone matching your description," stated the guard, handing Travis a envelope.
“ He also brought this," continued the guard, pointing to a brand new hyper sport-sport bike, which was parked close to the security booth. Travis opened the envelope, which contained the keys to the bike, and a note, which said,
"I thought you might like it.-Dad". With a smile on his face, he placed the helmet on his head, jumped on the bike, and placed the keys in the ignition. Then he started the bike, which caused a hidden compartment at the HUD to appear revealing a wristwatch. On picking it up, Travis found that the watch was also a communicator, a mini-sized computer and a cell phone, which could also connect to the bike and the helmet via blue tooth technology.
“ Heh heh. Thank you dad," he said to himself, and he took off on the bike at full throttle. As he reached the highway, sour sights caught his eye-

Chapter one part two will appear on the 12 June 2009, I hope you are enjoying it so far..........

Sorry about not posting but I've been busy..................

Whew.................................This week flew by quickly. I'm grateful there's a holiday tomorrow and Friday so I now have some time to talk to you guys.
Well since last Friday I've been working on:
  • My Physical Education SBA- Basically finished as of Friday the 5th, just to write the report due next term.
  • My Art SBA's-Work in progress, two are due Monday. Hope i finish before then.
  • Other Art work- Four drawings, two paintings, on topics that I shall not mention.
  • Labs- Lab after Lab after bloody lab. Anyway I shouldn't complain they are SBA's and I've finished 99% so far.
  • My story- This was originally purposed to be a comic but due to circumstances I do not have the time and energy to draw all those pages. Thus I have decided to turn it into a story and made the comic later.e
I'll be sure to post the story piece by piece................................LATERZ

Got something to write about!

While talking about writer's block an idea just flew into my head...........

Do you know why we don't get shocked when we go and stand in a spot on the ground that was just struck by lightning?

Well lightning is static electricity, which is electricity in the form of charged particles at rest. There are two types of charges, positive and negative charges, and like charges repel and unlike charges attract. Now the attraction of two charged objects all depend on the elections or the negatively charged particles in an atom, which can, compared to protons (positively charged particles) and neutrons (null charged particle, but is important in keeping the nucleus although I'm not sure how), moves more freely because they exist in electron shells outside the nucleus. Some electrons in substances move easier (conductors) than others (insulators) because of the amount of electrons in the valence shell (outermost electron shell). The mass of an object must be also be taken into consideration as well, since then the object will, whether a conductor or insulator, will take the charge given. So we can just think of the earth as a huge metal conductor..........

A Full Definition of Writer's Block.

Thanks to Wikipedia, here's a full definition of writer's block:

Writer's block is a condition, associated with writing as a profession, in which an author loses the ability to produce new work. The condition varies widely in intensity. It can be trivial, a temporary difficulty in dealing with the task in hand. At the other extreme, some "blocked" writers have been unable to work for years on end, and some have even abandoned their careers.
Writer's block may have many causes. Some are essentially creative problems that originate within an author's work itself. A writer may run out of inspiration. A project may be fundamentally misconceived, or beyond the author's experience or ability.
Other blocks, especially the more serious kind, may be produced by adverse circumstances in a writer's life or career: physical illness, depression, the end of a relationship, financial pressures, a sense of failure. The pressure to produce work may in itself contribute to a writer's block, especially if he is compelled to work in ways that are against his natural inclination, i.e. too fast or in some unsuitable style or genre.

Ah...........................Writer's block.........................

So here I am thinking of something to write, but I stare at my laptop and nothing comes to mind. Then I shout out, "Damn writer's block!" So why don't I write about that.
Writer's block is simply when you want to write about something and you don't know what to write about, nothing comes to mind. Strangely this only happens to me when I feel like writing and not when I draw, since artist block is very similar.
Speaking of which I think I'll go and work on my Art SBA or something, or I can draw something for the blog.........................................

How not to grow up a screw up...............

This is actually a email I got from a friend of mine. And some of you may know of it so I'll just say the one that stood out to me.

.............Neva eva ask ur best friend'z ex out behind their back.................
***Point***--datz pure disrepect and it showz dat u were neva relli dat much of good friendz in da first place..if u weren't relli dat much of friendz go right ahead and take chancez...everyone deserves to be happy dont let ur friendz stop u cuz if dey r relli ur friend dey wud juss want u to be happy.

Going behind their back is just pain cruel, but telling your friend that you like him/her, or that he/she came to you, and then rubbing it in their face, not asking if they were ok with it is even worse, specially when your friend might still have strong feelings for his/her ex.

P.S. This is my first offical post so feedback will be appreciated. THANX!!
